Branson Zipline Canopy Tours at Wolfe Creek Preserve by Linda Burligame

There are many ways to have fun in Branson … that’s so-o-o evident when my family visits in the summer. So much to do, so little time!

Big fans of the Vigilante ZipRider at The Shepherd of the Hills, they decided this year they also wanted to experience Branson Zipline Canopy Tours.

It was a wonderful experience and we have the picture to prove it!

There are several options, including zipline canopy tours (guided excursions across zip lines, sky bridges, and platforms) like the 2.5-hour Ozarks Xplorer Canopy Tour and the 1.5 hour Flying Prospector Canopy Tour. The Blue Streak Fast Line & Freefall Xpress is a thrilling zip from mountaintop to a 100 foot platform, then a freefall dismount. Adventures include topographical, ecological, and historical info — and some Ozarks storytelling!

Branson Zipline Canopy Tours offers world-class eco-adventures and fun for all ages.

The kids had never been to Wolfe Creek Preserve and were immediately impressed by the lodge. Amish-built, it is extraordinary, even the beautiful wood floor inside. The gift shop is incredible. Wolfe Creek Station is filled with unique souvenirs and specialty items, including Amish Feast products, crafts, nostalgic items, hats, handbags, all sorts of T-shirts and jackets, stuffed animals, jewelry — well, you get the idea.

Besides ziplining and shopping, another nice opportunity is Wolfe Creek Photo Safari, which begins (as all the adventures do) with a ride to the top of the mountain in a Pinzgauer Swiss Army Troop Carrier, then a guided, gentle downhill walking tour through Wolfe Creek Preserve. Plenty of observation decks, too … it’s all fun. When guests arrive back at the lodge after their adventure, all eyes go to the video screens to see their photos. We heartily recommend Branson Zipline Canopy Tours. Who’s ready to “go again?!”
